LIE
· The truth is actually the opposite word of lying and original meaning of lies is that to give deliberately deception anyone and misrepresentation is to do. To describe something in the wrong manner is also falls into the category of lies. Someone is really doing describes right in the truth but in the lies someone is giving wrong statement which is lying. The unfortunate aspect of lies is this, in it trying to hide the truth and talk is tried like a fraud and cheating so that others drown in the deceived and understand that this lie is truth. In some cases the lying comes in the category of hypocrisy and is often considered can be a liar person, a hypocrite because sometimes a liar tells a lie for his mean but he keeps hidden his mean and purpose talk in heart and this aspect of lies is included in hypocrisy. Lies and hypocrisy is in fact linked with each other because there is no hypocrisy in truth rather truth is much far away from the hypocrisy.
The lie start in the world
· When did the lie start in the world? Who was the first man which told the first lie? The history is silent in this matter. The point of view of some people is that when Satan seduced Hazrat Adam a.s and mother Eve. You will eat the fruit of a certain tree then your eyes shall be opened and you shall see all the things. The devil could not control on Hazrat Adam a.s but he put the whispers in the heart of mother Eve. Nothing will happen to eat fruit of that tree (which God had forbidden to go near it). Rather the eyes of both of you will open and both of you will be able to see everything. Listening the words of the devil the mother Eve said to Hazrat Adam a.s. Nothing will happen to eat fruit of that tree but our eyes will open and we will be able to see everything. In fact the mother Eve ignored the order of God that does not go to the tree and does not eat its fruit otherwise you would be misleading. Some people have think that mother Eve misrepresentation from Hazrat Adam a.s and their thinking is that this talk is included in the category of lie but some people have differing opinions. According to their opinion the mother Eve forgot the order of God and she understood the words of the Satan are true and she describes the talk of the Devil to Hazrat Adam a.s according to these people it was not a lie. It was first very little mistake and this and this little mistake was also done by Hazrat Adam a.s, which he apologized to God and God forgave them. Both views are in front of the readers. They can decide themselves that which view is right and which is wrong. When the first lie has been told the history is silent in this matter?
Why lie is told
· Why people do speak the lie? There are some reasons of it. Sometimes people speak the lie to cover up their wrong work because they are afraid that if their wrong work has been appeared and the truth of wrong work comes in front of them. So in this case, people will not respect them. Sometimes people tell the lie to maintain their splendor For example, they have no car, they have no bungalow and they have no bank balance but they tell the lie to impress their relatives, friends and girl friends. Sometimes people have habit to tell the lie. This kind of lie is told in TV talk shows. Such as the number of participants in political rallies is told more or less. The most shocking aspect of is it, everyone knows that the lie is being told but no one is dared that he says in open words, God`s servants do not tell the lie. As much you will think about the lie so much you will get the lie.
Islam and lie
· God declared the lie major sin. In the era of Prophet (s.a.w.w), a man came to them and said I want to bring Islam but I have many evils which I cannot leave. Please you tell me that I leave only one evil then I will leave that evil. Prophet (s.a.w.w) said to that man that you leave to tell the lie. That man has promised and left to tell the lie. Leaving the reason of to tell the lie he left all his evils.
They all know that lie is bad but all speak
· They all know that lie is bad but it is a sad situation that all speak the lie. And the interesting things is that who speak the lie they also understand that the lie is bad. Now all the people put their hands on their heart and think for some moments do them not to tell the lie. It is the today’s bitter truth.

جھوٹ
جھوٹ دراصل سچ کا متضاد ہے اور جھوٹ کے اصل معنی ہیں کسی کو جان بوجھ کر دھوکا دینا اور غلط بیانی سے کام لینا ہے۔ کسی بات کو غلط انداز میں بیان کرنا بھی جھوٹ کے زمرے میں آتا ہے۔ سچ میں کوئی شخص صحیح بات بیان کررہا ہوتا ہے لیکن جھوٹ میں سچ کے بالکل اسکے متضاد یعنی اُلٹ بات یعنی غلط بات بیان کررہا ہوتا ہے۔ جھوٹ کا ایک افسوسناک پہلو یہ بھی ہے کہ اس میں سچائی کو چھپانے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے اور بات کو مکرو فریب سے اِس طرح بیان کرنے کی کوشش کی جاتی ہے کہ دوسرے لوگ اس بات سے دھوکہ کھا جائیں اور اُس جھوٹ کو سچ سمھجھنے لگ جائیں۔ جھوٹ بعض صورتوں میں منافقت کے زمرے میں بھی آتا ہے اور اکثر و بیشتر جھوٹے شخص کو منافق سمجھا جاسکتا ہے کیونکہ بعض اوقات جھوٹا شخص اپنی مطلب براری کے لئے دوسروں سے جھوٹ بولتا ہے جو لیکن اپنے مقصد اور مطلب کو اپنے دل کی گہرائی میں چھپا کر رکھتا ہے اور جھوٹ کا یہ پہلو منافقت میں شمار ہوتا ہے دراصل جھوٹ اور منافقت میں چولی دامن کا ساتھ ہے کیونکہ سچ میں منافقت نہیں پائی جاتی بلکہ سچ منافقت سے کوسوں دور ہوتا ہے۔
دُنیا میں جھوٹ کا آغاز
دُنیا میں جھوٹ کا آغاز کب ہوا اور کون سا پہلا انسان تھا جس نے جھوٹ بولا اِس سلسلے میں تاریخ بالکل خاموش ہے بعض لوگوں کا نکتہ نظر ہے کہ جب شیطان نے حضرت آدم علیہ السلام کو اور اماں حوا کو بہکایا کہ تم فلاں درخت کا پھل کھا لو گے تو تمھاری آنکھیں روشن ہو جائیں گی اور تم سب چیزوں کو دیکھ سکو گے تو شیطان کا بس حضرت آدم علیہ السلام پر تو نہ چلا لیکن اُس نے اماں حوا کے دِل میں وسوسا ڈالا کہ اس درخت (جس کے قیریب بھی جانے سے اللہ تعالیٰ نے منع کیا تھا) کے پھل کے کھانے سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا بلکہ تم دونوں کی آنکھیں کُھل جائیں گئیں اور تم دونوں سب کچھ دیکھ سکو گے۔ شیطان کی اِس بات کو سن کر اماں حوا نے حضرت آدم علیہ السلام سے کہا کہ اِس درخت کے پھل کھانے سے کچھ نہیں ہوگا بلکہ ہماری آنکھیں کُھل جائیں گی اور ہم سب کچھ دیکھ سکیں گے۔ دراصل اماں حوا نے اللہ تعا لیٰ کے اِس حکم کو نظر انداز کردیا کہ درخت کے قریب نہ جانا اور اُس کا پھل نہ کھانا ورنہ گمراہ ہوجائو گے۔ کچھ لوگوں کے خیال میں اماں حوا نے حضرت آدم علیہ السلام سے غلط بیانی سے کام لیا اور ان کے خیال میں یہ بات جھوٹ کے زمرے میں شمار ہوتی ہے لیکن کچھ لوگوں کی رائے مختلف ہے اُن کی رائے کے مطابق اماں حوا اُس وقت اللہ کے حکم کو بھول گئیں اور انہوں نے شیطان کی بات کو سچ سمجھا اوراُس کی بات حضرت آ دم علیہ السللام کو بیان کردی اُن افراد کی رائے کے مطابق یہ جھوٹ نہیں تھا یہ ترک اولیٰ تھا یعنی غلطی تھی اور اور یہ ترکِ اولیٰ حضرت آدم علیہ السلام سے بھی سرزد ہوا جس کی انہوں نے اللہ تعالیٰ سے معافی مانگی اور اللہ نے انہیں معاف فرما دیا۔ دونوں نکتہ نظر قارئین کے سامنے ہیں وہ خود فیصلہ کرسکتے ہیں کہ کون سا نقطہ نظر صحیح ہے اور کونسا غلط ۔ پہلا جھوٹ کب بولا گیا تاریخ اِس سلسلے میں بالکل خاموش ہے۔
جھوٹ کیوں بولا جاتا ہے؟
لوگ جھوٹ کیوں بولتے ہیں اس کی کچھ وجوہات ہیں مثلا جھوٹ بعض اوقات لوگ اپنے کسی غلط کام کو چھپانے کے لئے بولتے ہیں کیونکہ اُن کو ڈر ہوتا ہے کہ اگر اُن کا غلط کام ظاہر ہوگیا اور غلط کام کی سچائی سامنے آگئی تو اِس صورت میں لوگوں میں اُن کی عزت نہیں رہے گی۔ بعض اوقات لوگ اپنی شان و شوکت قائم رکھنے کے لئے بھی جھوٹ بولتے ہیں اور مثال کے طور پر اُن کے پاس دولت نہیں ہوتی، گاڑی نہیں ہوتی، بنگلہ نہیں ہوتا اور بنک بیلنس نہیں ہوتا لیکن لوگ اپنے دوستوں یاروں اور اپنی گرل فرینڈ کو متاثر کرنے کے لئے جھوٹ بولتے ہیں کہ اُن کے پاس دولت، گاڑی، بنگلہ اور بنک بیلنس سب کچھ موجود ہے۔ بعض اوقات لوگ اپنی عادت کے ہاتھوں مجبور ہوتے ہیں اور وہ جھوٹ بولتے ہیں اِس قسم کے جھوٹ کی لوگوں کوعادت پڑ جاتی ہے اور بے اختیار اِس قسم کا جھوٹ بولا جاتا ہے۔ ایسے لوگ اپنی عادت سے مجبور ہو کر جھوٹ بولتے ہیں۔ اس قسم کا جھوٹ اکثر ٹی وی ٹاک شوز میں بولا جاتا ہے جیسا کہ سیاسی جلسوں میں حاضرین کی تعداد کو کم یا زیادہ کرکے بتایا جاتا ہے۔ اس کا سب سے افسوسناک پہلویہ ہے کہ سب سمجھ رہے ہوتے ہیں کہ جھوٹ بولا جارہا ہے لیکن کسی کی جرات نہیں ہوتی کہ کوئی کپھلے لفظوں میں کہے کہ اللہ کے بندوں جھوٹ نہ بولو۔ جھوٹ کی اور بھی بے شمار قسمیں ہیں جتنا سوچتے جائیں اتنا ہی جھوٹ ملتا جائے گا۔
جھوٹ کے بارے میں رسول صلی علیہ وآلہ وسلم کا واقع
اللہ تعالیٰ نے جھوٹ کو کبیرہ گناہ قرار دیا ہے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے دور میں ایک شخص آپ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ میں اسلام لانا چاہتا ہوں لیکن مجھ میں بہت سی برائیاں ہیں جنہیں میں چھوڑ نہیں سکتا آپ مجھے فرمائیے کہ میں کوئی ایک برائی چھوڑ دوں تو وہ میں چھوڑ دوں گا آپ نے اُس شخص سے فرمایا کہ جھوٹ بولنا چھوڑ دو اُس شخص نے وعدہ کرلیا اور جھوٹ بولنا چھوڑدیا تو اِس کے جھوٹ بولنے کے چھوڑنے کے سبب اُس کی تمام برائیاں چُھٹ گئیں۔ اِس سے یہ سبق ملتا ہے کہ جھوٹ بولنا کتنی بڑی برائی ہے۔
جھوٹ کو سب برا سمجھتے ہیں لیکن بولتے ہیں
جھوٹ کو سب برا سمجھتے ہیں لیکن افسوسناک صورتِحال یہ ہے کہ جھوٹ سب بولتے ہیں اور جو دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ جو جھوٹ بولتے ہیں وہ بھی جھوٹ کو برا سمجھتے ہیں ذرا سب دل پر ہاتھ رکھ کر اللہ تعالیٰ کو یاد کریں اور ایک لمحے کے لئے سوچیں کیا وہ جھوٹ نہیں بولتے آج کا سب سے کڑوا سچ یہی ہے۔
